CARE CHAMPION DIAMOND

An individual who makes a commitment to raise a minimum of INR 5 lakh for his/her chosen charity/cause using the ADHM 2016 vehicle is called a Care Champion Diamond. Individuals with a wide social network or individuals who work or have seen the work of your organization can become Care Champion Diamonds. A Care Champion Diamond can register to participate in any of the race categories on race day. A confirmed Care Champion Diamond is not required to pay an additional amount as Event entry fees.

Privileges: Successful Care Champion Diamond, i.e. registered Care Champion Diamond who cross the minimum fundraising threshold of INR 5 lakhs on or before 30th Oct 2016, can look forward to the following privileges at ADHM 2016. The upfront contribution of INR 12,500 shall be considered in the minimum threshold limit.

Pre Race Day:

  • Regular contact with India Cares.

  • Name, profile and quote of the Care Champion Diamond on the Event website and India Cares’ website.

  • Individual fund raising page on India Cares’ website facilitated by the Philanthropy Partner.

  • Feature on ‘Wall of Change’ at the Get Active Expo.

  • Invite (non-transferable) for self to the Event pasta party

  • Special effort to highlight the Care Champion

On Race Day:

  • Personalised running number bib.

  • Official Event Kitting (Event track suit, t-shirt, cap & shoes).

  • Invitee car park sticker for race day.

  • Invite to VIP Marquee (for self + 1) on Race Day, which is an opportunity to meet the Event Ambassadors and other celebrities.

  • Priority line-up if participating in the Great Delhi Run Race category.

Post Race Day:

  • Invitation to the ‘Champions Dinner’ on race day evening

  • Free Race Day Photograph (subject to image being captured by www.marathon-photos.com on race day).

  • Processing, reconciliation and acknowledging all pledge cheques received, issuing receipts, and 80G certificates wherever applicable.

  • Featured in the post Event docket.

CARE CHAMPION GOLD

An individual who makes a commitment to raise a minimum of INR 2.50 lakh for his/her chosen charity/cause using the ADHM 2016 vehicle is called a Care Champion Gold. HNI’s with a will and a wide social network or individuals wish to challenge themselves by raising his/her fundraising commitment as your Care Champion Gold. A Care Champion Gold can register to participate in any of the race categories on race day. A confirmed Care Champion Gold is not required to pay an additional amount as Event entry fees.

Privileges:

Successful Care Champion Golds, i.e. registered Care Champion Gold who cross the minimum fundraising threshold of INR 2.50 lakhs on or before 20th Oct 2016, can look forward to the following privileges at ADHM 2016. The upfront contribution of INR 7,500* shall be considered in the minimum threshold limit.

YOUTH CHALLENGE

This is a category specially designed for students of educational institutions who feel compassionate about a cause and commit to raise a cumulative minimum amount of INR 50,000 for the charity or cause of their choice.The team needs to make an upfront contribution of INR 2,500 at the time of registration in favour of ‘India Cares Foundation’. This will be included in the total minimum amount to be raised by the Youth Cares Team. Each team of the Youth Challenge will comprise of 3 participants who belong to a single educational institution and shall belong to the age group between 12 years to 21 years. Team members of all Youth Challenge teams can participate only in the Great Delhi Run category.

Privileges:

Successful Youth Challenge teams i.e. registered Youth Challenge teams who cross the minimum aggregate fundraising threshold of INR 50,000/- per team on or before 20th Oct 2016, can look forward to the following privileges at ADHM 2016. The upfront contribution of INR 2,500 shall be considered in the minimum threshold limit. Further the teams do not have to pay any additional amounts as Event entry fees.

Pre Race Day:

  • Regular contact with India Cares.

  • Special page for the team on the India Cares website, with the team mentioned on the Event website.

  • Mention on Wall of Change at the Get Active Expo.

  • Invitation to the team members of the highest fund raising team as on 20th October 2016, along with one representative from their educational institute, to the Event pasta party.

On Race Day:

  • Special running number bib.

  • Event tee for top 3 fund raising teams as on 20th October 2016.

  • Hosted in the Corporate Cares Marquee on race day.

Post Race Day:

  • Processing, reconciliation and acknowledging all pledge cheques received, issuing receipts, and 80G certificates wherever applicable.

  • Youth Cares team will be named in the post event docket.

  • Award for the top fundraising team.
