Q. When do registrations for each of the categories commence?

Wednesday, 27th August 2014, 6 pm IST.

Q. What is the last date to submit entries for each of the categories?

Friday, 31st October 2014 or as soon as running places are full, whichever is earlier.

Q. Can I register on the day of the event?

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post closure of respective registrations dates.

The DHL Corporate Champions has been introduced for teams of Companies
& Firms. A company/organization/firm can field a team comprising of 3 runners for the DHL Corporate Champions, each team member covering a distance of 21.097 km. A company can field up to 5 teams (mixed teams allowed). The aggregate timing of all 3 runners will decide the team’s finish position in this category. Please go through DHL Corporate Champions rules and regulations and the prize money structure for corporate teams before submitting your entries. Information on how to apply is detailed under Entry Guidelines below.

Q. Is there any upper age limit for each race?

No upper age limit.

Q. What is the Entry Fee for each of the races?

Q. How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations

Q. What are the various modes of entry fee payment?

  • Cheque (only local Delhi & NCR cheques will be accepted)
  • Demand Draft/Pay Order (payable at Delhi & NCR)

    Note: All cheques and demand drafts to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL LTD.-ADHM”. Also write your full name, the race category chosen and contact number on reverse of cheque/demand draft.

  • Cash (only Indian Rupee currency will be accepted)
  • Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit cards (can be used only for online registration)

Q. In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of

Q. Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking or debit card.

Q. How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?

If you have provided your correct email id in the application form/ online registration, you will receive an email confirmation. A physical confirmation letter will be sent to you by post ONLY if you have not provided your correct email address in the form.

Q. Can I register for more than one race?

No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail in all being rejected.

Q. Can I register for my friend?

No. An applicant has to sign the waiver himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend’s behalf.

Q. Is there any criteria for confirming my application for the marathon/half marathon category?

Your application for the half marathon is confirmed based on the preference criteria given below –

  1. TIMED APPLICANT:For an applicant who has participated in an event and completed the distance of Half Marathon within 3 hour OR Marathon within 06 hrs 15 min OR 10 Km distance in 1 hr 22 min. In order to be eligible for this criteria –
    1. The running event you have participated in, must have been an AIMS ratified event or an event conducted under the aegis of your state/district athletics association or sports control board,
    2. The running event was conducted within two years prior to race date,
    3. You have attached a photocopy of the official timing certificate issued to you along with the application form/ provided your timing result link during online registration.
  2. WOMEN’S QUOTA:There are a limited number of running places reserved for women applicants.


    * Preference will be given to applications falling within the above 2 criteria

  3. GENERAL CATEGORY:Where an applicant does not fall under either of the above criteria, or where an application cannot be confirmed under either of the 2 above criteria, for whatsoever reasons other than the application being rejected/invalid, his/her application will be placed under the general category where limited applications are accepted.
    Applications under the general category will be accepted on first come first served basis.

Q. Can I run with somebody else’s running BIB on race day?

No. Race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any participant is found wearing a running number bib not allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2014.

Q. Under the Half Marathon category, are there any cut-off timings for applying under the ‘timing preference’?

Timing certificates showing finish of more than 3 hours for Half Marathon will not be considered under the timing preference criteria.

Q. What will happen once I submit my Half Marathon application under confirmation preference criteria?

Your application for the half marathon will be confirmed based on the preference criteria mentioned above. Please note, confirmation is subject to –

  • Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you,
  • Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion,
  • Availability of running spaces under each criterion and
  • Entry Rules and Guidelines.

Q. What will happen to my application if I am not able to apply or my application under the criteria ‘Timed Applicant’/’Women’s Quota’, in Half Marathon race category, is not accepted?

In this case, your will be placed under the general category, provided your application is not rejected or considered invalid, to be accepted on first come first served basis.

Q. What are the advantages in me submitting a timing certificate I have received in the last one year?

Applications received with a timing certificate attached (having finish times of relevant cut-off timings), have a higher chance of being confirmed in their respective race categories.

Once confirmed, the advantage will be visible on race day (23rd November 2014). Confirmed applicants of half marathon category will be eligible for priority line-up on race day in their respective timing sections. This will be based on the finish time given in the submitted timing certificate.

Half marathon line-up sections given above are indicative and may undergo a change which will be communicated on the event website www.adhm.procamrunning.in post close of all registrations.

Confirmed applicants improving their timing performance post submission of application can request for changing the Line Up Area section only till 31st October 2014, valid timing certificate needs to be provided for this on adhm@procam.in

Please note: on race day timing results and certificates will be generated only for runners who complete the half marathon distance within 3 hours from start time.

Q. Are there any confirmation preference criteria in Great Delhi Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions with Disability?

Confirmation preference criteria do not apply to registration and confirmation process of the Great Delhi Run/Sr. Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability categories. Applications for these categories will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis, until close date of registrations or until running places for each of the categories are filled, whichever is earlier.

Q. Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?

Yes, but ONLY if you are wanting to participate in the Great Delhi Run or Sr Citizen’s Run or Champions with Disability.
No group applications will be accepted for the Half Marathon race category. Also, please do not club Half Marathon applications with group applications of Great Delhi Run, Sr Citizen’s Run and Champions with Disability – such applications will be disqualified.

Q. What are the things to be remembered while submitting application forms as a GROUP?

  1. Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.
  2. Please DO NOT club Half Marathon entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.
  3. Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries.
  4. Group entries will be accepted only via the physical modes of registration. Applications made online cannot be treated as group entries.
  5. Each group must submit their entries together one time, in a single envelope under a covering letter on a official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/ any entity stating –
    1. Total number of entries enclosed in each race category,
    2. Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,
    3. Name and contact details of one common point of contact for the group;
    4. Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity.

Q. Can I fill a single application form on behalf of all the members of the group participating in the event?

NO, each member/ runner needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached.

Q. Can a representative submit applications on behalf individuals?

Yes, however, a representative can submit individual applications of not more than 10 people.

Q. Is attaching passport sized photograph with the application form/online application form compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 75 kb and should be in .jpeg format.

Q. Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application (including online) compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 75 kb and should be in .jpeg format. Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar card, etc.

Q. I am a student and do not possess any of the above ID proofs. What do I submit along with my application?

We will accept valid school / college identity cards for students below the age of 18 years.

Q. On what grounds can my entry be rejected or declared invalid?

Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret letter will be sent to the address mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your entry.

  1. Incomplete form submitted,
  2. Waiver not signed,
  3. Applicant is underage for the race chosen,
  4. Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,
  5. More than one entry form received from the same applicant,
  6. Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee,
  7. Local Delhi & NCR cheque not submitted,
  8. Required documents not attached/submitted,
  9. Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank,
  10. Running places are full,
  11. Any other reason.

Q. What options do I have in case my application gets rejected?

Unsuccessful applicants can approach participating NGO’s for available Charity running numbers. Such charity running spaces will be available at a premium, the proceeds going for the benefit of the chosen NGO. List of participating NGO’s offering charity running numbers is uploaded on the event website.

Q. Will I get a refund of my entry fees on my entry not having been accepted?

Your entry fees will be refunded vide a NEFT transfer to you by 31st December 2014. You will be contacted on your email asking for your NEFT / Bank account details. An amount of INR 100 will be deducted as processing charges.

Q. Can I transfer my application/registration in favour of another person?

Registrations are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Q. Once applied can I cancel my entry and get refund?

Once you have applied, request for cancellation and refund will not be entertained.

Q. Can I change my race category once I have applied/my entry is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

Q. Can I register for more than one race?

Q. Is it necessary to fill medical profile?

Yes. We urge all runners to visit the link: www.adhm.procamrunning.in/medicalprofile and fill in the medical profile, it will enable our medical team to service you better in case of any medical emergencies on Race Day.

Q. What is Reebok Technical Running Gear (TRG)?

Confirmed participants of Half Marathon (21.097 km) and DHL Corporate Champions race categories are entitled to receive Technical Running gear produced by Reebok inside their goodie bag instead of the products available to other categories.

Q. Is Reebok Technical Running Gear (TRG) available to all participants of ADHM 2014?

No. Exclusive Reebok Technical Running Gear (TRG) is available only to confirmed participants of Half Marathon (21.097 km) and DHL Corporate Champions race categories only. You will be required to provide your measurements at the time of registration and once confirmed the measurements cannot be changed.

Q. Where can I collect the Reebok Technical Running Gear (TRG) from?

All confirmed participants of Half Marathon (21.097 km) and DHL Corporate Champions participants, who have provided their measurement sizes at the time of registration, will be required to collect their Reebok Technical Running Gear (TRG) from the Get Active Expo in New Delhi scheduled between 14th November 2014 and 16th November 2014. No Reebok Technical Running Gear (TRG) will be posted to individual mailing addresses.

Outstation and overseas half marathon participants can collect their Reebok Technical Running Gear (TRG) in New Delhi on Saturday, 22nd November 2014 between 10 am to 5 pm at

Running Bib Collection

Q. When, how and from where do I collect my Running Number Bib?

  1. All confirmed participants/their authorised representatives are required to come to the Get Active Expo in New Delhi scheduled from 14th to 16th November 2014 in order to collect their running bibs. No running bib will be posted to individual mailing addresses.

    Expo Venue is at Gate No. 20, Weightlifting Auditorium, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi-110003, near main gate no. 1. (14th November & 15th November, 10 am to 7 pm and 16th November, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm)

  2. It is mandatory for a Half Marathon participant to collect his/her running number personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her authorised representative to collect running bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running bib on behalf of more than ONE Half Marathon participant.
  3. Authorised representative must carry with him/her (a) the website confirmation downloaded from application status on www.adhm.procamrruning.in, (b) photocopy of photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card or passport) of the representative and the confirmed participant.
  4. Outstation and overseas participants can collect their running number in New Delhi on Saturday, 22nd November 2014 between 10 am to 5 pm at

Q. Can someone else come to the Expo and collect my running number bib?

It is mandatory for a Half Marathon participant & DHL Corporate Championship to collect his/her running BIB personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her representative to collect running bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running bib on behalf of more than ONE Half Marathon/ DHL Corporate Championship participant.

Authorized representative must carry with him/her –

  • Printout of website confirmation/ original acceptance letter,
  • Photocopy of photo-identity proof (of the representative and the confirmed participant), eg. Passport, PAN card, Election card.

Q. Can you post me my Running Number Bib?

No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs.
