Tee Calculator

Total energy expenditure (TEE) is the average amount energy (in terms of calories) that you spend over a period of 24 hours for your day to day activities.

It is calculated based on the basal metabolic rate (BMR) which means the energy expenditure during rest and multiplying it with physical activity.

Activity level

Light

slow walking, more time spent sitting such as in front of the computer, little or no exercise

Moderate

brisk walking, Low intensity aerobic exercise like cycling, badminton

Heavy

Jogging at ≥6mph, vigorous physical exercise, carrying heavy loads
