Is there any upper age limit for each race?

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online applications

In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.-ADHM”

Which payment mode will be accepted for online application?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via Scratch Card, credit card, net banking or debit card.

How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?

Individual applicant is required to go online on www.adhm.procamrunning.in/application-status and check his/her application status, post 15 working days of registration closure. In case of group entries (Great Delhi Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions With Disability race categories) , the point of contact of the group will be receiving email confirmation for confirmed participants of the group. Can I apply for more than one race?

No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail in all being rejected.

Can I apply for my friend?

No. An applicant has to sign the waiver himself/herself. You cannot apply on your friend's behalf.

Can I run with somebody else’s running BIB on race day?

No. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2017. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

Are there any confirmation preference criteria in Great Delhi Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions with Disability?

Confirmation preference criteria do not apply to application and confirmation process of the Great Delhi Run/Sr. Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability categories. Applications for these categories will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis, until close date of applications or until running places for each of the categories are filled, whichever is earlier.

Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?

Yes, where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, using any of the modes detailed below, this will constitute a group entry. Please DO NOT club Half Marathon entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified

  • All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.

  • Only one consolidated cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. – ADHM”.

  • Each group must submit their entries together at one time in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format mentioned on www.adhm.procamrunning.in

    • Total number of entries enclosed in each race category,

    • Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,

    • Name and contact details of a common point of contact for the group;

    • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

Can I fill a single application form on behalf of all the members of the group participating in the event?

No, each member/ runner needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached.

Can a representative submit applications on behalf individuals?

Yes, however, a representative can submit individual applications for not more than 5 applicants.

Is attaching passport sized photograph with the application form/online application form compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.

Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application (including online) compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.

I am a student and do not possess any of the above ID proofs. What do I submit along with my application?

We will accept valid school / college identity cards for students below the age of 18 years.

While applying online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my account but my transaction status is shown as pending?

You need to send the transaction number immediately at adhm@procam.in

While applying online, I am not receiving the email to reset my password. What should I do?

You should check your spam/junk folder for your reset password email. In case if the problem still persists, you can email us at adhm@procam.in

What should I do if I am unable to open the application website?

We recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized application experience. You should also clear the cache & cookies and retry. If the problem still persists, send us a screenshot of the error at adhm@procam.in

On what grounds can my entry be rejected or declared invalid?

Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A rejection mail will be sent to your registered email address mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your entry

  • Incomplete form submitted,

  • Waiver not signed,

  • Applicant is underage for the race chosen,

  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,

  • More than one entry form received from the same applicant,

  • Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee,

  • Local Delhi & NCR cheque not submitted,

  • Required documents not attached/submitted,

  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank,

  • Running places are full,

  • Any other reason.

What options do I have in case my application gets rejected/I was not able to apply on time?

Unregistered applicants can approach Event’s official Philanthropy Partner, India Cares Foundation, for charity running places. Such charity running places will be available at premium and the proceeds of the same, minus the applicable entry fees, will go to the NGO chosen by the respective runner. It is important that the NGO must be listed as participating NGO with India Cares Foundation.

Will I get a refund of my entry fees on my entry not having been accepted?

Your entry fees will be refunded vide a NEFT transfer to you by 31st December 2016. You will be contacted on your email asking for your NEFT / Bank account details. An amount of INR 100 will be deducted as processing charges.

Can I transfer my application in favour of another person?

Applications are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Once applied can I cancel my entry and get refund?

Once you have applied, request for cancellation and refund will not be entertained.

Can I change my race category once I have applied/my entry is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

Is T-Shirt available to all participants of ADHM 2016?

No. T-Shirt is available only to confirmed participants of Half Marathon (21.097 km) . You will be required to provide your measurements at the time of application and once confirmed the measurements cannot be changed.

Is Goodie bag available to all participants of ADHM 2016?

No. Goodie bag is not given.

Can you post me my Running Number Bib?

No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs.
