Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, using any of the modes detailed below, this will constitute a group entry. Please DO NOT club Half Marathon entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.
a)Where groups submit their entries online using only the scratch card as the payment mode, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to register individually on www.adhm.procamrunning.in/gearing-up
Payment for online group entries will be made via scratch cards that are available for purchase in bulk from our registration back office in Delhi.
c)Each group deciding to register online must purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch cards, the group needs to provide a covering letter as per the given format on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/any other entity as per the format mentioned on www.adhm.procamrunning.in/resource/pdf/scratch-covering-letter.pdf
Total number of entries to be submitted
Details of payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/cheque/DD number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted.
Name, contact number and email id of one common point of contact for the group.
Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity.
Cash/Cheque/DD will be accepted for purchasing scratch cards. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “Procam International Pvt. Ltd. – ADHM”.
Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online on www.adhm.procamrunning.in/gearing-up using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.
Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for ADHM 2016 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will not be refunded.
Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.
All requisites to register online by an individual needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration.

All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.
Only one consolidated cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member.The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. – ADHM”.
Each group must submit their entries together at one time in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format mentioned on www.adhm.procamrunning.in/resource/pdf/group-covering-letter.pdf

Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,
Name and contact details of a common point of contact for the group;
