Can I register on the day of the event?

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post closure of respective registrations dates.

What is the minimum age eligibility for applying in Timed 10K?

Minimum age eligibility as on 18.11.2017 is 15 years

Is there any upper age limit for each race?

There is no upper age limit for applying under Charity running places, however, applicants who are 15 years to less than 18 years of age (born between 19th November 1999 to 18th November 2002), can only apply under Young Runner Criteria.

How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations, if he / she is falling within the age criteria of “Young runners criteria”.

In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made if applying under charity running places?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “India Cares Foundation”

Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration (Young Runner Criteria Only)?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking or debit card.

How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?

Post 15 working days of registrations closure, individual applicant is required to go online and check his/her application status. If you are unable to check application status online, please contact our event helpline number +91 9650033333 or email us at adhm@procam.in

Can I register for more than one race?

No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Can I register for my friend?

No. An applicant has to sign the waiver himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

I have recently started running. Can I participate in the Timed 10K without a timing certificate?

Res, there are a limited number of charity running places reserved for applicants who cannot produce a timing certificate and Young runners between 15 years and less than 18 years of age (born between 19th November 1999 to 18th November 2002) can also apply without timing certificate, confirmed applicants who have provided timing certificate along with their application, will get priority in line-up on race day

What will happen once I submit my Timed 10K application under confirmation criteria?

Your application for the Timed 10K will be confirmed based on the confirmation criteria mentioned above. Please note, confirmation is subject to –

  • Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you,
  • Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion,
  • Availability of running spaces under each criterion and
  • Entry Rules and Guidelines.

What are the advantages in me submitting a timing certificate I have received in the last 24 months?

Confirmed applicants of Timed 10K Run category will be eligible for priority line-up on race day within the line-up area, based on the finish times mentioned in the timing certificates submitted along with respective application form.

*NOTE: Timed 10K line-up sections above are indicative and may undergo a change which will be communicated on the website http://adhm.procamrunning.in post closure of all registrations. On race day timing results and certificates will be generated only for runners who complete the 10 km distance within 1 hr and 30 min from the start time.

Confirmed applicants improving their performance post submission of applicants can request for a change in the line-up section only till 18th October 2017. Valid timing certificate needs to be emailed along with the request on adhm@procam.in

Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?

No group applications will be accepted for the Timed 10K race category. Also, please do not club Timed 10K application with group applications of Great Delhi Run, Sr Citizen’s Run and Champions with Disability – such applications will be disqualified.

Is attaching passport sized photograph with the application form/online application form compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with face clearly visible whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 5 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.

Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application (including online) compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 5MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card.

While registering online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my account but my transaction status is shown as pending?

We request you to send the transaction number immediately at adhm@procam.in

While registering online, I am not receiving the email to reset my password. What should I do?

You should check your spam/junk folder for your reset password email. In case if the problem still persists, you can email us at adhm@procam.in

What should I do if I am unable to open the registration website?

We recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized registration experience. You should also clear the cache and cookies and retry. If the problem still persists, send us a screenshot of the error at adhm@procam.in

On what grounds can my application be rejected or declared invalid?

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email id mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.
  • Incomplete form submitted,
  • Waiver not signed,
  • Applicant is underage for the race chosen,
  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,
  • More than one entry form received from the same applicant,
  • Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee,
  • Cheque payable at par not submitted,
  • Required documents not attached/submitted,
  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank,
  • Running places are full,
  • Any other reason.

Will I get a refund of my application fees on my application not having been accepted?

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 19th December 2017. An amount of Rs. 150 will be deducted as processing charges. You will be required to provide your bank details on a link provided by the Event’s Registration team. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event’s Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 29th December 2017.

**Note: Only event entry fees will be refunded, donation amount will NOT be refunded and will be disbursed by INDIA CARES FOUNDATION to the CSO/s supported by the participant.

Once applied can I cancel my application and get refund?

Confirmed participants of timed 10k who are unable to participate on race day due to unavoidable circumstances like injury or illness, will now be able to surrender their bibs to Procam International. The application fees paid will be refunded post education of Rs. 150 as processing charges. Confirmed participant can only surrender his/her bib with effect from 9h October 2017 to 22nd October 2017 by filling the bib surrender request form online on our event website http://adhm.procamrunning.in. Requests for cancellation/bib surrender and thereby, refund will not be entertained post 22nd October 2017. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo.

Can I change my race category once I have applied/my application is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

Will I get a timing certificate and Medal?

Yes, you will get a finishers medal, on race day timing results and certificates will be generated only for runners who complete the 10 km distance within 1 hr and 30 min from the start time.

Is Goodie bag available to all participants?

No. Goodie bag is not given.
