Entry Rules & Regulations
  1. You may use a photocopy of the physical or the downloaded form from the event website, to send in your application.
  2. Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
  3. Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes. Please note no individual/group has been authorised to collect entries on behalf of the Event.
  4. NO GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for the Half Marathon race category. Similarly do not include half marathon entries in group entries.
  5. One representative can submit application forms for maximum 5 individual runners for Half Marathon race category.
  6. Group entries (Applicable only for Great Delhi Run, Sr. Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race categories):
    • Online group registration using scratch card (Applicable only for Great Delhi Run Race Category)
      • Where groups submit their entries online using only the scratch card as the payment mode, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to register individually on
      • Payment for online group entries will be made via scratch cards that are available for purchase in bulk from our registration back office in Delhi.
      • Each group deciding to register online must purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch cards, the group needs to provide a covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/any other entity as per the format mentioned here
        • Total number of entries to be submitted
        • Details of payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/cheque/DD number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted.
        • Name, contact number and email id of one common point of contact for the group.
        • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity.
      • Cash/Cheque/DD will be accepted for purchasing scratch cards. The amount payable shall be the addition of the consolidated value of application fees applicable and 6% online convenience charges for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “Procam International Pvt. Ltd. – ADHM”.
      • Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online on using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.
      • Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for ADHM 2015 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will not be refunded.
      • Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.
      • All requisites to register online by an individual needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration.

    • Physical Forms (applicable only for Great Delhi Run, Sr. Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race categories)
      • All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.
      • Only one consolidated cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. – ADHM”.
      • Each group must submit their entries together at one time in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format mentioned on here
        • Total number of entries enclosed in each race category,
        • Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,
        • Name and contact details of a common point of contact for the group;
        • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

  7. Before sending in your application, please check the following –
    • Filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form;
    • Attached documents as may be required to confirm your entry based on the confirmation criteria (applicable only for the half marathon race category);
    • Attached a copy of your latest passport sized photograph with your application;
    • Attached a copy of your Govt. issued Photo ID proof, i.e. either Passport, Driving license, Pan Card or Aadhaar card;
    • Enclosed the requisite application fees;
    • Signed the ‘waiver’ in the form;
    • If applying for the Great Delhi Run or Champions with Disability, and where the applicant is below 18 years of age, the guardian too has signed the ‘waiver’ and written his/her relation with the applicant.
    • Applicant meets the minimum age eligibility criteria for the chosen race category.
  8. DHL Corporate Championship:
    • DHL Corporate Champions is open only for registered companies/firms in existence for a minimum period of 9 months from the date of application.
    • Each corporate can send up to 5 mixed teams of 3 members in each team, consisting of at least one woman / one man runner. All women/men team will not be permitted in the DHL Corporate Champions.
    • Each team member will be required to run a distance of 21.097 km. The aggregate timing of all 3 runners will decide the team’s finish position in this category.
    • Team members need to be permanent full time employees who have been in the company for a minimum of 9 Months from the date of application. Contractual/ outsourced/trainees/interns/deputed employees and/ or employees in probation period will not be allowed to participate.
    • Procam reserves the right to ask for any documentation that may be required for verification and confirmation of the team at any point in time.
    • Procam reserves the right to disqualify a corporate team and/or suspend results/prize money of a corporate team, in case of any discrepancy being found in the application/ documents or in the performance of any of the team member on race day, at any point in time.
    • A corporate team cannot register for the DHL Corporate Champions online. Please go through DHL Corporate Champions rules and regulations and the prize money structure for corporate teams on the event website ( before submitting your entries.
  9. Documents required for participation in DHL Corporate Champions:To field a team, the company needs to fulfil the appended requirement:
    • Details of the 3 runners filled in individual application forms.
    • Attach copy of runner’s employee ID card or appointment letter with each form,
    • Submitted the forms and documents on the letter head of company issued by its H.R. department as per the format available on attach DHL covering letter along with a copy of PAN card of company/firm. Where multiple teams are being fielded, forms need to be submitted as per the teams formed.
    • Attach a photocopy of runner’s Aadhar card or PAN card or passport along with a passport size photograph with each form.
  10. Where any discrepancy is found in the application and documents submitted, the same will not be accepted.
  11. On entry confirmation, half marathon runners will be further classified into age categories for prize money. For details on awards and accolades, click here.
  12. We recommend Champions with Disability participants be accompanied by an attendant on race day. The attendant is required to fill in a separate form and submit the same along with the form of the Champions with Disability participant, marking the said form as “Attendant of _______ (name of Champions with Disability participant)”. No entry fee is charged for the attendant.
  13. Application status: Post closure of registrations, individual applicant is required to go online on and check his/her application status. The applications status will appear online post 15 working days of submitting the entry form. In case of group entries (Great Delhi Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions With Disability race categories) , the point of contact of the group will be receiving email confirmation for confirmed participants of the group.   14. Entries not accepted: Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 31st December 2015. An amount of Rs. 100 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 16th January 2016.
  15. Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
  16. Running number bib collection:
    • All confirmed participants are required to come to the Get Active Expo in Delhi scheduled from 20th November to 22nd November 2015 in order to collect their running bibs. No running bib will be posted to individual mailing addresses.
    • It is mandatory for a Half Marathon participant to collect his/her running bib personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her authorised representative to collect running bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running bib on behalf of more than ONE Half Marathon participant.
    • Authorised representative must carry with him/her a) the website confirmation downloaded from application status on ,b) photocopy of photo-identity proof ( Aadhar card, PAN Card or passport) of the representative and the confirmed participant.
    • Outstation and overseas participants can collect their running number on Saturday, 28th November 2015 from outstation expo in New Delhi.
  17. Confirmed runner’s identity and proof of residence may be verified by a verification agency hired for validating the details provided by you in the form. Where any information and/or any document provided by an applicant/runner at any point in time is found to be incorrect, participation of the said runner shall be withheld/disqualified and there will be no refund of application fees paid by the runner. All benefits accruing to the said runner as a participant of Airtel Delhi Half Marathon 2015 shall stand forfeited.
  18. Confirmation of applications received will be subject to Entry Rules and Regulations given herein. Confirmation of half marathon applications will also be subject to the Confirmation Criteria.
  19. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2016. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.
  20. Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned in this form prior to submitting your application. Confirmation of applications received will be subject to the applicable confirmation criteria and the entry rules given herein.
  21. This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at the sole discretion of the event Promoters, Procam International Pvt. Ltd., and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
